At VicharManthan Forum, we deeply appreciate your support and contributions, which help us address the problems faced by senior citizens and provide skill development opportunities for youth. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel a donation or registration. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for such requests.

Donations

1. Refunds for Donations:

   • Eligibility: Refund requests for donations must be made within 30 days of the original donation date.
   • Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@vicharmanthanforum.org with the details of your donation, including the date, amount, and method of payment. Please include the reason for the refund request.
   • Approval: Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original donation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Donations:

   • Donations made more than 30 days prior to the refund request are generally non-refundable.
   • Donations made during special fundraising campaigns, events, or using third-party platforms may be non-refundable. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of such campaigns or platforms.

Event Registrations and Program Fees

1. Cancellations by Participant:

   • Notice Period: If you need to cancel your registration for an event or program, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date.
   • Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event or program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.

2. Cancellations by VicharManthan Forum:

   • If an event or program is canceled by VicharManthan Forum due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the cancellation and the refund process.

3. Non-Attendance:

   • No refund will be provided for non-attendance without prior cancellation.

Monthly or Recurring Donations

1. Modification or Cancellation:

   • You can modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@vicharmanthanforum.org. Please allow up to 7 days for changes to take effect.

2. Refunds for Recurring Donations:

   • Refund requests for recurring donations will follow the same process as one-time donations. Refunds for payments made within the last 30 days can be requested.

Special Circumstances
